Deposit Policy:
We'll accept either a Visa or MasterCard number and expiration date, OR a personal check or money order for US$ 50.00.

Cancelation Policy:
If you send a personal check or money order, the deposit amount is fully refundable up to one week prior to your arrival date.
If you give us your credit card number, your card will NOT be charged ahead of time. Payment for the entire reservation must be made in person by the last day of your stay with us.
In the event that you FAIL TO SHOW UP for the reservation and DID NOT cancel with us, your credit card will be charged for the entire reservation amount.

Pet Policy:
Since we have our own cat, we do not accept any reservations with animals.

No Smoking Policy:
We have a no smoking policy in effect for all our accommodations. You are welcome to smoke outside on the porches or on the grounds.
A $200.00 fine will be charged to your credit card if we find that smoking has taken place in our accommodations.

Children Policy:
We love children, but request that families traveling with young children consider booking the Deck House instead of the individual guest rooms.
The guest rooms are not suitable for small children, due to the age of the buildings, stairs, and shared common walls with other guest rooms.
The Deck House offers much more privacy, room to spread out, more amenities, separate sleeping arrangements, and outdoors to explore.
